The Unbearable Slowness of Being, 2021

A painting about sensory bandwidth, conscious action, and the brain's compression of a vast perceptual world into a narrow stream of behavior. It was selected for the 2021 Caltech Art and Science Contest and displayed in the Caltech Browne Dining Hall for a year.
